Our policy lasts 100 days from the date of your purchase. If 100 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us at crew@ws-moto.com to get return instructions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
