Our policy lasts 100 days from the date of your purchase. If 100 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us at crew@ws-moto.com to get return instructions.

If you’re shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
