USA destinations
Free US shipping - when ordering from ws-moto.com, your order qualifies for free standard US shipping! This means that whatever you purchase from ws-moto.com qualifies for free standard shipping.
Delivery times - we try to ship your order within 24 hours of placing it (orders placed on Friday or weekends may take longer to arrive, as the courier doesn't pick up on weekends). We offer two shipping methods that vary slightly in time. “Standard US shipping” usually takes 3-7 business days. “Expedited US shipping” usually takes 2-4 business days.
Carrier - We ship all orders via DHL, UPS or USPS. While we do our best to make sure orders ship quickly, we cannot account for delays caused by DHL, UPS or USPS.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking - Shortly after your order is shipped, we will send you a delivery confirmation email that will include tracking information for your order. Please be aware that in some cases it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

International Destinations
Free Shipping -To keep things simple, when you order over $25 USD from ws-moto.com, your order will be eligible for free Standard Shipping! For orders under $25 USD, shipping is $3.94 for light items and up to $7.50 for heavy items.
Countries - We ship to most countries. If you are unsure, please contact us here or email us at crew@ws-moto.com.
Shipping times/methods - We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). We offer two International shipping methods. "International Shipping - Standard" normally takes 2-3 weeks and will only have tracking to your country. "International Shipping - Tracked" normally takes 1-2 weeks and will be tracked to your door. While the above shipping times are generally correct, sometimes customs is slow to process some packages - which can cause shipping to take up to 5 weeks. For some countries we also offer DHL express. DHL express normally takes 1 week to arrive and is tracked the entire journey.
